Both on his own and with business partners, he has always been active in the property sourcing market and has sourced over £25,000,000 in deals for clients.

He founded a national lettings agency in 2010 which won a highly-prestigious ìLetting Agent of the Yearî award and managed over 850 units of stock from 5 offices and 25 staff. He currently runs a bespoke boutique HMO letting specialist management agency, Stanford Knights Letting which operates out of Northampton and Manchester and is expanding this year to 6 new locations through strategic joint venture partners.

His consulting and investment firm, Wealth Success Alliance Limited focuses on the delivery of portfolios to high net worth investors, thought leadership to the property industry and training of new investors on how to build property businesses.

Matthew wrote “Cracking The Property Code” in 2013 which has been acknowledged as one of the must-have books by ìYour Property Network”; an encyclopaedia of property knowledge all in one book and is currently writing two further books due for publication shortly. Mr. Moody has also led organisations in travel, leisure and development. He has been teaching students on property investment since 2006.
