Peter Hogan is a vastly experienced businessman and property investor. His last J.O.B. Was in 1974: that’s when he realised that he hated working for someone else and the only way he was going to make any real money was following his entrepreneurial ideas. Businesses have included building, hardwood flooring, and a nightclub, restaurant and bar in Ibiza, to name but a few. He bought his first BTL property in 1986, and hasn’t looked back. Today he enjoys training other people in the skills needed not just to succeed in property, but to succeed in life, too.
